Banana Pecan Ice Cream

Fast - Quick Banana Pecan Ice Cream that you and kids will love.
This is so simple and now you have a good use for your frozen bananas.
Healthy - bananas and pecans - that's it!

Ingredients
  

  • 6 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup alternative milk
  • 2 pinches sea salt or himalayan salt

BLEND. Add 1 tbsp more milk if needed. Also stir with wooden spoon or spatula then blend again.

  • 1/3 cup pecans CHOP

Stir in.

Instructions
 

  • If eating soon - First take frozen bananas out of fridge. Run warm to hot tap water over frozen banana to enable you to peel it. Use a butter knife to clean off any skin parts left on banana. Cut off large brown spots. Do this quickly for each banana, the banana should still be frozen.
  • NOTE : Blend frozen bananas if you have a Vitamix or Blendtec, or other powerful blender. If your blender is not powerful, let bananas become soft then blend with alternative milk and salt. Then add pecans and freeze.
  • Blend frozen bananas, alternative milk and salt.
  • Stir in chopped pecans, or pecan pieces.
  • Freeze in an air tight container.
