Salmon Wedge Salad

This Wedge Salad is delicious and with Lively Life's Blue Cheese Dressing that's homemade and fast to make! 
Wedge Salad made easy - yellow pepper, cucumber, tomatoes, red onions all on iceberg wedges.
Add Lively Life's homemade or store bought blue cheese dressing for wedge salad.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 iceberg lettuce cut into 4 or 5 wedges
  • 1 yellow pepper sliced
  • 1 english cucumber chopped
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 red onion thinly sliced

Optional

  • 2 packages smoked salmond 4 oz or 113 gram package --> total 8 oz or 230 grams of smoked salmon

Or vegetarian

  • 1 can drained and rinsed chickpeas

Instructions
 

  • Slice one yellow pepper, shop cucumber, halve cherry tomatoes, and slice red onions.
  • Take the two outer leaves off the iceberg. Then cut into 4 to 5 wedges.
  • Put the wedges onto 4 to 5 plates. Then add the sliced veggies
  • Add Smoked salmon or chickpeas.
  • Add Homemade or store bought blue cheese dressing.
