Santa Pretzels

Pretzel 🥨 and white chocolate & red chocolate = SANTA face!
You can animate them with eyes and nose with a cute red hat.
You can use gluten-free pretzels.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag knot pretzels
  • red mini m&m's
  • red dye or red beet juice ( see how below with hot water & vineger)

White Chocolate – recipe link below – coconut oil, coconut milk powder (or milk powder) and a touch of organic icing sugar.

Instructions
 

  • Make White Chocolate without cocoa butter (has coconut oil, coconut milk powder (or milk powder), touch of icing sugar). Recipe link below. Keep Cool.
  • Split white chocolate 1/3 - to make red chocolate. Watkins Red dye or next instruction to use beet juice powder.
  • Make red icing –you can use beet juice powder by hydrating it in hot liquid water (or milk) mix, then add small amount of acid like apple cider vinegar to help enhance the color. Let sit for 5 minutes.
  • Line cookie sheet with parchment paper
  • Place knot pretzels 🥨 on parchment paper
  • If you have offwhite dye - you can make a section for the eyes. then go around the eyes for the hair and beard. I love how the Two Sisters did this - I will link below
  • Angle the pretzel - to make a C - fill the top with red. Then the bottom two with white.
  • Melt chocolate and use toothpick to make the eyes. A mini M&M for the red nose. Add chocolate chip or M&M for the pompom on the hat.

Notes

White Chocolate (without Cocoa Butter) uses coconut oil.
