Preheat oven at 375F. Note 375F used for sweet potato then reduce to 350 for brownies.
Cut one large or two small sweet potato(s) in half. Brush with grapeseed oil or other oil. Face down on pan. Cook for 20-25 min till soft. TIP: you can do this the night before with dinner.
Scoop out sweet potato. Blend in food processor or Blentec Twister till smooth.
Grind or Blend oats to make oat flour. Combine dry ingredients in small bowl and mix.
Combine wet ingredients in large blender or large bowl. Mix. Then add dry ingredients and mix.
Pour into 8 or 9 inch square pan or 7x11" pan
Sprinkle chocolate chips ontop!
Bake at 350F for 25-30 min.
