Ginger Tea Relief for Sore Throat - Easy Instant Pot Method

Lively Life
A soothing, anti-inflammatory ginger tea made in big batches in the Instant Pot — perfect for smoke season, allergies, or a cold.
And if you want to keep it as simple as possible, you don't need the honey or lemon at all — plain ginger tea, just the root and water, works beautifully on its own. The honey and lemon are there for flavor and added nutrients, not necessity.
