Looking for fun Winter treats, this reindeer pretzels are my favorite. Reindeer Pretzels are so easy and much more nutritional than candy. Melt dark chocolate – and add mini- M&Ms for nose or use toothpick with melted dark chocolate to create a nose, and pupil on white chocolate eyes.
Use a red or dark brown Minis M&M’s or Make Red chocolate – Add red nose, I used beet juice powder to make red icing for this and other holiday season treats. Add beet juice to hot water, and a touch of ACV (apple cider vinegar). Lots of other winter holiday ideas too on Lively Life and shown below.

Option – Beet juice powder with hot water or milk, mix, a touch of ACV. let sit for 5 minutes.Mix with some icing for red natural icing. How to store Reindeer Pretzels:
Best eaten right away – or store in a closed air-tight container in the fridge but the pretzels soften. Wrap in paper towels to absorb moisture instead of the pretzels if you must store them in a closed container.

1small candy eyesI had to make my eyes with white chocolate and use a toothpick for the dark chocolate eye pupils
dark chocolate chips or barchips or dark chocolate bar or cocoa powder & coconut oil
Instructions
REWRITE – Line baking sheet with parchment paper.Pour chocolate chips into a microwave safe bowl and microwave in 30 second increments, removing the bowl to stir between each 30 second interval. Repeat microwaving and stirring until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.Pour melted chocolate into a glass, this makes dunking easier.Place 2 mini-pretzel rods side by side and dunk into the melted chocolate half way down the pretzel rods. Allow extra to drip off into the glass.Place onto parchment paper.Put candy eyes in place, followed by the M&M for the nose.Repeat until desired number is reached. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Microwave dark chocolate chips in a small glass in 30 second increments, repeat till soft. Stir.
Find two straight pretzels that fit together – hold together and dip in small glass to create the reindeer face about half of pretzel length. Let extra chocolate drip off.
Lay on parchment paper. Add min M&M for nose.
If you have small candy eyes, place them now while its still liquid.
Otherwise use white chocolate to make dots by icing dispenser or ziploc with hole. Use a toothpick with melted dark chocolate for pupil.SO CUTE!
For something different – use the parts of knot pretzel to create the reindeer in the middle.
