How to make this Greek Inspired Smash Burger Tacos fool proof?

Place a small amount of the mixed lamb onto tortilla. Press it down thinnly on taco. I like it really thin cause I like the cabbage and yogurt toppings!

Preheat griddle to 400-425oF, 200-220oC. Grill the lamb taco with the lamb side down. It’s fast at this temperature.
