Do more spider webs with the white chocolate then I show – to hold them together. Eat quickly – the white chocolate without cocao butter doesn't keep it together when it warms up. I'm going to make white chocolate with cocoa butter this fall and will share the recipe soon.

Instructions
Make the White Chocolate (without cocao butter) or use melted Dark Chocolate. Put into a icing piping bag or use ziploc bag with corner cut (very small).
Place the pretzel sticks on parchment paper to create cobweb. Use 8 or less sticks.
Create cobweb with white or dark chocolate.
Enjoy! Eat quickly – the white chocolate (without cacao butter tend to break as they warm up or make a bigger web so it holds together.
